Sonia Winnegan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Teaching Certificate from the University of Richmond. She has worked as an educator for the past 10 years in schools in Richmond City and Chesterfield County. She is also bilingual and of Chilean descent.
