
Chef Dazjon Johnson is a Richmond, Virginia native and a proud first-generation college graduate. He earned his culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of Virginia at ECPI University, where he developed the professional skills and passion that guide his work today.
Chef Johnson joined Cristo Rey Richmond because of the opportunity to grow within a respected institution while doing what he loves most—cooking and sharing great food with others. His dedication to the culinary arts extends beyond the workplace. He is also the owner of Kuizines, his own catering business, where he continues to bring creative flavors and memorable dining experiences to his community.
Whether in the classroom, the kitchen, or running his business, Chef Johnson is almost always cooking and constantly refining his craft.
