Mr. Franco Guillen Camilli

CWSP Relationship Manager

Franco Guillen Camilli, born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, has a diverse background in community engagement and education, advocacy, corporate relations, and language access. He began his career at Delta Fire Systems, excelling in client acquisition and relationship management. After moving to the U.S., he advocated for economic, immigration, and healthcare reform with The LIBRE Initiative, fostering nonpartisan coalitions to expand opportunities for Hispanics and all Virginians. As an Adjunct Trainer with the Grassroots Leadership Academy, he provided civics education and leadership training for Spanish-speaking community leaders.

He later worked at the Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center, building partnerships to support Spanish-speaking survivors of violence. Now at Cristo Rey High School, Franco continues his commitment to community engagement and advocacy for young adults seeking to grow as leaders, professionals, and human beings.

In his free time, Franco serves as an interpreter with Commonwealth Catholic Charities, ensuring effective communication between service providers and underserved families, improving language access plans, and acting as a cultural liaison. He is also an enthusiastic salsa dancer and instructor, often traveling on weekends to share his love for community, music, and culture.
