Mary Catherine Hargrove

Mary Catherine Hargrove started working for Cristo Rey Richmond in 2024 as a part of the Bon Secours Ministry Volunteer program. After a great volunteer experience with the Cristo Rey community, Mary Catherine was delighted to continue her time as a part of the faculty in 2025. She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and earned her BA in Global Studies and English at the University of North Carolina. Before moving to Richmond, Mary Catherine worked as a campus minister and social justice coordinator at UNC. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, running, swimming, reading, cooking, listening to music, and traveling.
