Jeffery Jackson

Jeffery Darnell Jackson is a graduate of Longwood University (then College) with a BS in Sociology and concentration in Criminal Justice. He hails from Richmond, VA. After several years of working within the factory setting, Mr. Jackson embarked on a career designed to add value to the lives of those in need. Through works as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Intensive In-Home Counselor, Qualified Mental Health Professional to Site Coordinator he has made it a point to make people understand their world better by understanding themselves better. He created a mentoring program in 2010 for elementary school students based on a need to lower the drop-out rate. This program, 7 Leaders 7 Scholars has become a signature program utilized by the members Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Jackson is a Life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has served as an officer and committee on the local, state and regional levels. He is the father of three young men as well as a grandfather. Mr. Jackson is enamored to be a part of the blessing that is Cristo Rey Richmond!
