Jhanaly Perez attended Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (a Jesuit university) in Caracas, Venezuela and is currently studying Effective Communication for Nonprofits online through Duke University. She is bilingual and has experience in sports and news media and transitioned these skills to working with community organizations and programs serving the Latino population in the Richmond area.
