Nikki Fields has over 20 years of experience using instructional and educational leadership practices, to create inclusive and informative spaces for others. She is a certified Life and Business Coach, a certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and a certified Community Health Worker, with a background working in community health at both VCU Health and the Richmond City Health Department. As a founding class parent, she has journeyed with Cristo Rey Richmond from day 1 and been an instrumental part of the team serving as a founder of the Parent Ambassadors program here at Cristo Rey Richmond, as well as the founder of the President Advisory Council of parents, to create an avenue for feedback and conversation on a monthly basis between a dozen parents and the President.
