Tanisha Tate, a proud native of Washington, DC, holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Benedict College and an MS in Psychology, along with certifications in life coaching and victim services. She spent 10 years in South Carolina, where she gained six years of experience in victim advocacy across various sectors of the justice system. Over the past two years, Ms. Tate has focused on vocational rehabilitation, helping individuals with disabilities secure and maintain meaningful employment. She combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for fostering growth and connection among youth.
As a new resident of the Richmond area, Ms. Tate is thoroughly enjoying exploring RVA. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, and engaging in meaningful conversations. A goal-driven professional, she is committed to inspiring others to lead with confidence and authenticity in all aspects of life.
