Yadira Castro

Yadira Castro, a native Spanish speaker from Puerto Rico, is an Army veteran and ordained minister through the Assemblies of God (Seminary School). She is passionate about helping students discover their purpose and live out their calling. Mrs. Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a Master’s in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. Her diverse professional experience spans teaching English as a Second Language, corporate work, and government service—equipping her with a unique perspective in her current role.

She is also furthering her ministry by pursuing a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy from Liberty University. Drawn to Cristo Rey’s Work Study Program, Mrs. Castro embraces the opportunity to guide students toward realizing their full potential while deepening their faith. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, art, music, and traveling.
