Cristo Rey Richmond High School is located in Richmond, Virginia and is part of the national Cristo Rey Network that serves only students from families with limited economic means. Member schools use a rigorous academic model, supported by best practices in instruction and assessment, to prepare students for college and life. Further, CRN schools employ an innovative Corporate Work Study Program (“CWSP”) that provides students with real world work experiences. In this highly unique model, every CRN student works an average of five days a month to fund the majority of her or his schooling, gain job experience, grow in self-confidence, and realize the relevance of this education. Students work in various corporate and business settings including law firms, banks, hospitals, universities, and with other professional organizations.
We are recruiting a dynamic individual who is passionate about the Cristo Rey mission of transforming Richmond one student at a time. A CWSP Relationship Manager is a member of the high-functioning, vibrant team that operates the Corporate Work Study which is an integral part of the Cristo Rey experience. CWSP Relationship Managers oversee the relationship management for an assigned portfolio of corporate partners to ensure job partner satisfaction and retention. In addition to working with the partners, Relationship Managers are involved in event planning, student professional development and successful job placement, and general program operations and logistics.
