Kate Brown is joyful to be serving at Cristo Rey as our Campus Ministry Coordinator and Religious Studies Instructor. Her vocation is to love and serve the youth and journey with them as they discover their purpose in life. She earned a BA in Theology from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She has lived out her vocation as a youth minister, campus minister, and teacher throughout the country, including at Providence Cristo Rey in Indianapolis, IN, and Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay in Oakland, CA. She believes that the Cristo Rey Mission uniquely empowers young people to recognize the transformational love of God and to discover the skills and knowledge they can use to make the world a better, more just place. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and writing.
