College counseling is provided to inform students about university benefits, requirements, and financial aid. Additionally, students receive guidance and assistance through the whole application and enrollment process including test preparation, completing application, financial forms, registration process, and we continue to offer help while attending college delivering on our promise to support our Cristo Rey Richmond alum “To and Through College.”
Our comprehensive college counseling program provides the means for our graduates to attend the best colleges, with zero to low debt, affording them the opportunity to maximize their employability upon earning their Bachelor’s degree. Cristo Rey Richmond students look forward to attending college and recognize that critical doors open and limitless opportunities arise when a college degree is earned.

Jasmine Frazier graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with three Bachelors of Science degrees: Community Health, Business Management, and Supply Chain Management. Jasmine attended seminary after college to grow in her faith. She is also a certified life coach with a concentration in career coaching through Destiny Training Academy. Jasmine is the recipient of national, local, and institutional scholarships, including the prestigious Gates Millennium Scholarship. She is a published author of a book titled Becoming a Kingdom Application, which teaches students biblical principles as they navigate through the college and scholarship application process. Jasmine has been working in college access and workforce development for over 10 years. Her passion is to help youth and young adults get unstuck during transition.
Jeffery Darnell Jackson is a graduate of Longwood University (then College) with a BS in Sociology and concentration in Criminal Justice. He hails from Richmond, VA. Mr. Jackson is a Life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has served as an officer and committee on the local, state and regional levels.
